About Leah K. Spring, D.O.
Dr. Leah Spring is a double-board certified and fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon and cosmetic dermatologist. She specializes in the prevention and treatment of skin cancer, facial reconstruction, and non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
During her 16 years of active-duty service in the United States Navy, Dr. Spring served two tours as a Flight Surgeon with both Navy and United States Marine Corps squadrons, led the laser scar treatment program for Wounded Warriors, and participated in operational and humanitarian missions in over 13 countries throughout the Pacific and Central America.
Dr. Spring enjoys teaching and is a frequent speaker at national meetings. She is the co-editor of a cosmetic laser textbook and the author of over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles and textbook chapters.
