About Baillie Steele, PA-C
Baillie Steele, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in General Dermatology and seeing patients at Pariser Dermatology Specialists’ Williamsburg–Bulifants location. She earned her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, before completing her Physician Assistant training at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. She became certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) in 2023.
Committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care, Baillie approaches every patient as she would a member of her own family. She believes patients should leave each visit feeling informed, supported, and confident in their care plan—never with unanswered questions or uncertainty. Her skincare philosophy is simple: “Keep it simple and affordable, but always effective.”
As a provider, she enjoys caring for patients of all ages and values the balance of medical and procedural dermatology. Drawn to dermatology as a visual specialty, she especially enjoys celebrating with patients as they see meaningful improvements and the results of successful treatment plans.
Dedicated to continued learning and advancing the field, Baillie is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), where she completed the organization’s Diplomate Fellowship Program for advanced dermatology training following PA school. She also teaches dermatology curriculum for the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program, helping educate and mentor future healthcare professionals.
Outside of the office, Baillie enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and walking her miniature schnauzer, Ivy. She also enjoys reading historical fiction and experimenting with new recipes.
