For referring providers and practices, we accept referrals via fax at 757-622-7022 or through Phreesia Connect.
We make every effort to schedule patients as promptly as possible based on the nature of their concern and provider availability. However, our wait time for a routine, new patient appointment can exceed 6 months, depending on the location and the preferred provider.
We encourage patients to accept the next available appointment offered and opt in to our automated waitlist feature. This tool is highly effective, and many patients have provided positive feedback about their experience with it.
We also occasionally offer spot check or walk-in clinics where patients can be seen more quickly. These opportunities are announced on the home page of our website and on our social media platforms.
